Anne Curtis Smith has received several awards in her professional career. These include two FAMAS Awards she won in the years 2008 and 2009 as well as the Luna Award. Curtis is the daughter Carmencita Ojales, a Filipina originally from Bolinao Pangasinan, and James Ernest Curtis Smith, who was an Australian lawyer. Her birthplace was Yarrawonga in Victoria, Australia. In 1982, her father married Ojales. Jasmine was her sister younger than her. She is an actress as well. Clare died of a heart disease in 2007 when she was just 4 months old.
